HOW TO ORDER 

Example

Simply insert the quantity of any item you wish to order in the and click . That will transport you and your desired item to the shopping cart where you can see and/or adjust the items you have selected for purchase.                           


Once at the cart, you can preview your order as it accumulates and then return to the page you were shopping.

When your order is reaching a satisfactory point, to proceed to the shipping and payment instruction page where you may add pertinent shipping and payment information.

If you wish to make changes to the cart AFTER you have entered your shipping and payment instructions, use the BACK clicker at the top of your browser to return to the first checkout screen. There you may delete items you don't want or choose to resume shopping for further additions to the cart--as long as you have NOT used the button at which point your order is processed and cannot be added to or changed.

When you are satisfied with your purchases and wish to have the order processed, proceed to to see a total of your order on a printable page (for your records) and to send the order to us.

If your browser won't respond to the shopping cart or you do not wish to use the shopping cart, we have several alternatives:

AOL

AOL Browsers are unique. They don't "see" or "operate" the same way Netscape and Explorer browsers do. This has caused the occasional problem with our shopping cart. Read about Cookies below, and if you still cannot get your cart to "drive" through the aisles with ease, please don't hesitate to use our alternative order methods.

COOKIES

You don't want another shopper putting items into your shopping basket. Our cookies are tiny "byte-sized" computer morsels that get sent to your computer from our computer so that our cart can identify your personal shopping basket by number. That way, your product choices go into your cart and other shopper's choices go into their own buggies.

Your web browser automatically deletes our "cookies" after a few hours so that they don't take up unnecessary space.

If you are shopping at All Your Hobbies with your cookies "disabled" your shopping basket may not work effectively. If that happens either re-enable your cookies in your browser options or see the alternative ordering information below.

Sometimes, when a cookie is sent from us to you, it can get hung up or corrupted like any other packet of information. If one small segment is missing or corrupted, our security will throw everything out rather than risk it. It could be your server, our server, ... or anywhere in between (routers, etc.)

You might want to try the order cart two or three times to see if the service from us to you has improved in the minute or two between tries. Otherwise, please use the ordering alternatives below (with our apologies).

CHECKS: All Your Hobbies does accept personal or business checks. We reserve the right to your order until check clearance is guaranteed. Bank checks or money orders will speed up shipping of your order.

COD: Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to you "Cash on Delivery",

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time, All Your Hobbies ships only to the US and US territories.  International orders should be available soon. Click here to be notified when this service is available.

HANDLING/SERVICE CHARGES

Although we must always charge shipping (above), there are NO extra service charges on orders over $25.00 shipped throughout the US or US territories by our usual means of shipping.

  • Orders under $25.00 incur a $5.50 service charge.
    We would love for you to order anything you like. Even the smallest orders are important to us. However, because our prices are discounted, and in order to keep our prices to you at the lowest possible level, we must charge a $5.50 service fee on orders under $25.00.

  • Handling on Rush or unusual shipping requests.

PRICE CHANGES

Prices in our catalogue are kept current on a daily basis and are rarely different than the catlogue shows. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, and prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

BACKORDERS AND DISCONTINUED

From time to time (and much to our dismay), shortages and out of stocks will occur. Items may be backordered for three reasons:
  • There is more demand for the item than we originally anticipated, and our suppliers have to re-supply us with the additional inventory.
  • The manufacturer has failed to ship to us in a timely manner due to a shortage of parts, materials, etc.
  • Transportation strikes, natural disasters, etc.
When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within 5 working days of the date of your order.

If we don't anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the 5-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a backorder unless the customer requests that we not ship backorders. Out-of-stock items priced under $15.00 will be deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.

For standard-sized backordered items, freight will be calculated on the entire order, charged on the first part, and the backordered items will be sent as quickly as possible with no additional freight charges. Oversized-backordered items (those marked with *'s or ++) will be charged the actual freight when they are shipped.

If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.

Discontinued items will, of course, not be shipped.

You will receive a notice in the first package indicating the dispensation of any items not shipped.

TAX

Retail tax is charged only to shipments shipped to or ordered by persons living in Texas. 


SHOULD A MISTAKE OCCUR

We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but sometimes mistakes happen. When one does occur, please allow us to correct it.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

We ship by the most efficient means possible. However, damage occasionally occurs.

If a package appears to have obvious damage on the outside which may affect the product inside, please refuse shipment at your door or ask the carrier to note the damage on his shipping manifest (if possible) and call our customer service department to receive new product. This is particularly important for large items shipped by motor freight carriers.

In all cases, save all of the packaging and packing materials and call our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt for help. 1-512-282-3003

NOT IN THIS CATALOGUE?

There just isn't enough time or room in our on-line catalogue for everything, and new items come in constantly. So if you don't see what you're looking for, just ask one of our representatives for it by name or manufacturer, and we will do our best to get it for you.

Questions are most efficiently handled by E-mail, especially if you are searching for a product not listed on the site. That gives our search department time to look through our availability without putting you on hold. We will reply at the earliest possible moment.

SPECIAL ORDERS?

Some items are available but not stocked by our warehouses. They can be ordered from the manufacturers and shipped either through our warehouse or direct from the manufacturers to you. These items take a little more time to coordinate and ship, may incur an extra handling charge, and are non-returnable items. If you have ascertained the availability of the item by search through our e-mail search department, you may order it by telephone or direct e-mail order.

PAPER CATALOGUE

www.shop4-scooters.com does not have a paper catalogue. We rely on you to print out only those pages that interest you. Most of our clients appreciate the fact that this policy saves resources, (both trees and money) and allows us to keep our prices as low as possible.
